JAN 12 Chuck Lia
Senior Mortgage Planner - CTX Mortgage Company
Chuck has been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years and has financed over $350 million of residential real estate for over 1470 clients.  He owned his own mortgage brokerage for nine years and joined CTX in southern California in early 2002.  He transferred to CTX's Atlanta office in 2003.  In addition to his mortgage endeavors, Chuck was a tennis pro in Phoenix for eight years after college and was a high school varsity tennis and basketball coach from 1993 to 2001.

Chuck is a leading authority on executive performance enhancement and corporate business strategy, training the trainer, personal achievement, sales and communication mastery, leadership and team building, and time mastery.  His career began in the private sector as a Field Manager for Thorn EMI where he was constantly the top producer and was soon promoted to Senior Corporate Trainer.  He has worked with such leading companies as Century 21, ReMax, Merrill Lynch, Hyatt Regency, Met Life, Excel, Cisco Systems, and Marriott.  He is also the author of an upcoming book, "Wake Up, You're a Sales Champion."

Before starting his own HR and general consulting practice, Norb worked for 14 years as the Principal Corporate Personnel/Human Resources Executive at organizations such as Electromagnetic Sciences, Inc. and its subsidiaries, EMS and LXE, Hayes Microcomputer Products, and Rickel Manufacturing Corporation in Salina, Kansas.  Norb received his Bachelor of Science degree from St. Louis University.

Jeff graduated from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia, where he also spent his residency in family practice.  Prior to his practice at Mountain Park, Jeff was a "fast track" physician in the emergency department of the Medical College of Georgia, a missionary physician in Zambia, Africa, with Mt. Paran Church of God, and ER physician at Chestatee Regional Hospital in Dahlonega, Georgia.  Jeff is currently a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
