JAN 16 Terry Mercer,
Managing Commercial Broker, Virtual Properties Realty (VPR)
 

Terry has been helping clients in real estate since 1993. He brings extensive experience in commercial, land, luxury, and residential real estate to VPR agents. Terry has earned numerous awards including Re/Max 100% Club, Platinum Club, Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Club, as well as the coveted Realtor Phoenix Award. He has also owned his own company/real estate franchise, worked with Keller Williams on the ALC and is a KW Bold 100 graduate. Terry earned a BA Degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida, and a master of Divinity degree form Reformed Theological Seminary. He also used his Divinity degree in counseling and pastoring prior to his real estate career. Terry enjoys spending his spare time with his wife, children, grandchildren, and their golden retriever, Annabel Lee and is a Trail Guide for Jeep Jamboree USA and teaches classes at NAMI.

Managing Director, Wm. Leonard & Co.
  With more than 20 years in the real estate profession, Ronnie's expertise encompasses a variety of assignments including acquisition, disposition, relocation, consolidation, portfolio evaluation and sublease services. Over the past 13 years he has co-managed a number of significant national clients assisting with transactions in over 35 states. Prior to joining Wm. Leonard & Co., he spent 14 years at Cresa Atlanta and was an associate for CBRE in Columbia, South Carolina, his hometown. Ronnie earned his B.S. degree in Accounting at Presbyterian College and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Candidate. Some of his professional accomplishments include the Phoenix Award 2013 and the Million Dollar Club from the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, Top Producer at Cresa in 2002, and largest office lease CBRE/Columbia in 2000.

JAN 30 Scott Hunsinger,
Director of Underhood Programs, Mighty Distribution System of America,
 

(Mighty Auto Parts), a wholesale supplier of maintenance products, tools and service to professional installers in the automotive aftermarket. The main programs that Scott manages are filtration, batteries, drive systems and windshield wipers. His responsibilities include new product sourcing, product quality and performance validation, warranty claims administration, and training. Scott has nearly 30 years of experience in the automotive, general manufacturing and aerospace industries. He has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Brockport and credits toward a master’s degree in Creative Sciences from SUNY Buffalo. He enjoys motorsports, skiing (water and snow), boating, camping and music. After several years singing in worship bands and classic rock bands, he and his son are now preparing to perform at local open mic nights.

FEB 13 Heinz Wegener,

President of Cross Technologies, Inc.,

 

and former Chairman and Executive Vice President of Wegener Corporation, a publicly traded company. Both companies manufacture satellite communications equipment. Heinz has also held engineering positions at Scientific-Atlanta, Georgia Tech, General Electric, and Magnavox. Heinz and his family emigrated from Germany in 1951, and he has been married to his wife Nan for 50 years. In 1978, he founded Wegener Communications which began in his laundry room and has grown to become an international supplier of satellite communications equipment. But even founding a successful company did not bring fulfillment until he invited Jesus Christ into his life as his Lord and Savior.


FEB 20 Tim Koenning,
Investment Advisor Representative, Transamerica Investment Advisors.
  With 29 years' experience in the financial services industry, Tim joined Transamerica Financial Advisors, Inc. in August of 2010 to recruit, train and mentor a team of independent financial advisors while continuing to maintain his own personal advisory practice. After graduating from Georgia State University in 1986, Tim worked for noted financial services firms such as Bear Stearns, Prudential Securities, and Raymond James, prior to going independent in 1997 with American Wealth Management. In 2003, Tim helped form Magnolia Financial Advisors, an independent investment advisory firm in Buford, Georgia. In 2005, he became President of Buford Business Alliance. During his six years at the helm, the organization grew from less than 20 to over 250 members while promoting Buford with special events that drew thousands of people to the city.

FEB 27 Joey Chapman,
Principal of Air Filter Sales & Service, Inc.,
 

in Tucker, Georgia. Air Filter Sales & Service is a distributor for Camfil Filters for the state of Georgia. Joey grew up in Tucker attending Tucker High School. He then graduated from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, and went to work for the Solo Cup Company in Tampa, Florida. After living in Tampa for 11 years, Joey and his family moved back to Tucker to take over the family business. Joey served on the Board of Elections in Gwinnett County for five years and currently is the Chairman on the Stone Mountain Community Improvement District.
