MAY 08 Nakia Brooks,
Managing Broker, Virtual Properties Realty.
 

In his previous life, Nakia was a law enforcement officer in metro Atlanta for over ten years. While being an officer, he decided to get his real estate license to add income to his family. After a couple of years doing both, Nakia decided he wanted to help others in a different way other than law enforcement, so he left to pursue his real estate career full time. Nakia specializes in short sales and has prevented foreclosures for hundreds of homeowners. Teaching is also a passion of Nakia's, and he began teaching at the police academy and has continued his passion in real estate. He has sat on the Board of Directors of the I-85 North Board of Realtors and currently sits on the Board of Directors for NAMAR for 2019.

May 22 Jason Smith,
Founder and President of iStaff.
 

Jason founded iStaff in 1995 after several years of working in branch, corporate, and management positions at AccuStaff, and was part of their successful IPO. He has over 25 years of staffing industry experience. Jason received his BA degree in Business from Florida State University. He is the founder of GTAP (Georgia Technology Awareness Program), is a board member of High Tech Ministries/High Tech Prayer Breakfast, is an elder at Perimeter Church, and leads a weekly bible study at his office at 7:15 a.m. every Monday. He has led mission trips to Tanzania, Guatemala, and Uzbekistan. Jason loves Jesus, his bride Marni and his 3 children and enjoys Braves baseball, college football and spending time with his family and friends.


May 29 Matt Kehoe,
Founder of SIPAD Systems Inc.
 

In 1981, Matt was one of the original employees at Proto Systems of Atlanta. In 1987, he founded Miltec Electronics where he designed and managed a network of pre-internet paperless purchasing systems for printed circuit boards called BearWare. Numerous national and international speaking engagements and workshops resulted in his introduction in 1990 to the SIPAD solid solder deposit process invented by Siemens in Munich, Germany. Matt secured the sales and marketing rights for SIPAD solid solder deposit technology in the U.S., designing and managing the first solid solder deposit facility in the U.S. from 1997 through 2001. In 2001, Matt founded SIPAD Systems which is the first and only facility of its kind in the world exclusively offering SIPAD coating services to OEM’s, CEM’s and printed circuit manufacturers. In 2009 while leading a bible study in his neighborhood clubhouse the idea for the Titans Wheelchair Sports team was conceived while studying spiritual gifts. That eventually evolved into Champions Community Foundation . In 2013 Matt sold SIPAD Systems and currently manages sales in the southeast US for Amitron Corporation. He has been married to his wife Becky for 40+ years and has 2 daughters, 2 son in laws and 4 granddaughters.

a digital marketing and web development company. Fire & Hammer helps businesses by aligning with their goals and achieving solutions on their behalf. In short, they are storytellers. They do this by creating business websites, generating leads through the internet, and telling a company's story. Fire & Hammer's vision is to serve God and people through storytelling and technology.


JUNE 19 Dennis Worden,

Owner of Ignite Advisory Group and Author of "The Rancher's Gift."

 

Ignite Advisory Group works with thought leaders through speaker representation, event management, and product development. In 2006, Dennis established Worden Associates to focus on elevating organizations who want to build their brands and increase business. Dennis has worked with thought leaders and small to mid-size organizations for over 30 years. His first book, "The Rancher's Gift-A Modern Day Parable of Living Life on Purpose" was published by Broadstreet Publishers in May of 2018.


JUNE 26 Cody Chembars,
Owner, Anchor Real Estate Advisors,
 

and former Owner of Georgia's Finest Real Estate, Chembars Realty Group. Cody holds a BA degree in Early Childhood Education/Special Education from the University of North Georgia and is a former teacher turned realtor. He began his real estate career in 2015 after his father in law encouraged him to do so. He continued to teach full time while learning the ropes in real estate, and in 2016 took a leap of faith to pursue real estate full time. He joined a team and quickly became the top agent on the team which allowed him to be promoted to team manager of 25 agents. In November of that same year he left that team to create Chembars Realty Group. Cody is passionate to serve his clients to the best of his ability, answering their tough questions and partnering beside them to make their real estate transaction like none other they've ever experienced.
