By the age of 27, he was able to leave his job due to a $180k equity cash out from just one of his properties. After leaving, he went on to invest in a variety of deals from single family fix-n-flips, land lots, to even warehouses, but finally settling on multi-family. As of today, his investment firm operates 22 rental units. Ivan is married and loves worshipping the Lord with his wife at church.

During those years, he got into online gaming where he has made many friends, including meeting his wife Sarah. These friendships brought him to Georgia and a career in IT. He currently also serves with his church's student ministry and is always looking for opportunities to mentor young men. Jim is still an avid gamer and has competed in tournaments.

APR 09 Jon Beival,

Deputy First Class, Forsyth County Sheriff's Office

Prior to Jon’s career in law enforcement, and because of his love for languages, he speaks five languages including Mandarin Chinese which he learned at the Defense Language Institute for the Army. Jon graduated from Army intelligence school in Arizona and after leaving the Army took his fluency in Mandarin to the corporate world, living in Taiwan and representing a large Florida real estate company there. But after a number of years, the corporate world seemed less and less attractive, and he was eventually drawn to a career in law enforcement and is now in his 14th year with the Sheriff’s department. His fluency in several languages has served Jon well in communicating with people he comes in contact with through the department and in the community. In December of 2017, Jon was awarded the Law Enforcement Commendation Medal for his action during an incident where he was wounded while negotiating with a gunman with an AK47 rifle.

APR 16 Chris Roberts,

President of GPR Sales, Inc.

Chris has had a career generally focused on the revenue side business by creating and implementing marketing strategies. Chris has been involved in a wide variety of industries filling the role of senior management, ownership and consulting. Those industries include, packaging, printing, software, and direct sales. Due to receiving a vison 40 years ago, Chris has been focused on helping individuals understand their journey of faith. This is explained in his course called The Journey of 5 Gates. His most recent project is towritemystory.com which is a strategy for local churches to assist both members and the community to write their life stories, to be passed on to our children and the generations to come.
